EXA’s flexible stacked solar cell assemblies deliver exceptional performance and adaptability, engineered from ultra-thin flexible GaInP/GaAs/InGaAs triple-junction solar cells and enhanced through a Cell–Interconnect–Coverglass (CIC) architecture that integrates a diode into each assembly.​ Their versatility is complemented by strong electrical characteristics, reaching mass-production photoelectric conversion efficiencies ≥34% even under less advantageous conditions as AM1.5G at 25°C.
